5. Project Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of business details, prices, claims, photos, testimonials, and other materials you provide for a project. Draft copy and recommendations are starting points for review, not legal, financial, or medical advice.

6. Website Scanning

Website scans analyze publicly accessible website data. Results are informational and should not be treated as professional security, legal, or compliance advice.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid services are billed according to the written scope or pricing shown at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled case by case based on the agreed scope of work.

8. Limitation of Liability

TasqBot is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
