What started as a flat, neglected quarter-acre lot became a layered woodland sanctuary. The clients wanted a space that felt like an escape — somewhere they could unwind after long work days without leaving home. We designed a winding flagstone path through native plantings, installed a natural stone fire pit area surrounded by ornamental grasses, and created a tucked-away reading nook under a mature oak canopy. The irrigation system runs on smart controllers with rain sensors, keeping the landscape lush without waste.

This Lakewood family wanted an outdoor living room — a place to host, cook, and relax year-round. We designed a 600 sq ft paver patio with a built-in cedar pergola, an outdoor kitchen island with granite countertops, and integrated LED lighting for evening entertaining. Hardy perennials and native plantings frame the space with texture and color while standing up to Northeast Ohio's four-season climate. The result is a seamless extension of their indoor living space that added genuine value to the property.
